Subprocessor Disclosure

Cactus uses third-party service providers to help provide, secure, support, and improve the Services. For public transparency, the categories of providers we use are described below.

We require providers that process Customer Content on our behalf to protect that content under contractual terms no less protective than our own. We do not permit them to use Customer Content to train generally available foundation models.

Current business customers can sign in to view the complete named Subprocessor Register. Prospective business customers may request the register by emailing support@trycactus.com.

The named register may change as we add, remove, or replace subprocessors. Customers may subscribe to advance notice of additions or replacements by emailing support@trycactus.com. Objections will be handled in accordance with the applicable Data Processing Agreement.

Customers who require a Data Processing Agreement may request one at support@trycactus.com.
